each october, uganda pcvs gather for their annual halloween party, aka "goatstock..."
which was held this year on the serene shores of lake nabugabo...
where there are monkeys to feed...
wiffleball games to be played...
silly costumes to be worn...
and lots of jumping around...
all of which can easily wear someone out.
